Long tables (PDF, US Letter) A4A spreadsheet with columns for first name, last name, group, plus one, meal, child, RSVP and notes, with four sample rows.
Guest list (CSV for Excel)The guest list template is a CSV file, which Excel opens as columns. Fill it in, save it as .csv or .xlsx, and choose it in Seating Solver. You match the columns yourself, so a list you already have works too. After seating, you can print place cards and a poster from the same list.
A template is good for small guest lists and for sketching. It gets slow past about 40 guests, because moving one person changes three tables. A planner does that part for you.
