Type your guests into Seating Solver once and print a folded place card for each of them. Names and tables come from your seating chart, so nothing needs typing twice.

## Key points

- Place cards are folded tent cards, one per guest, printed as a PDF.
- You can choose from several designs.
- The paper size is US Letter or A4: four cards per sheet, 100 mm (3.9 in) wide and 133 mm tall flat on US Letter, 140 mm on A4.
- Cards are ordered by table and seat. Options let you add the table number, the meal, or print the name on the back too.

## What is on each card

- The guest’s name on the front.
- Optionally the name on the back, upside down, so the guest across the table can read it.
- Optionally the table number.
- Optionally the meal choice.

## Place cards or escort cards?

Place cards mark one seat. Escort cards tell guests which table to go to and are usually picked up at the entrance. Seating Solver prints cards with the guest’s name and, if you choose, the table number, so you can use them as either. Sort them by table and set them out, or place them at the seats.

## Printing tips

- Use matte card stock of about 65 lb (176 gsm) so the cards stand.
- Print one page first and check the fold.
- Print a few extra cards for last-minute guests.
